  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

      Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@culturesoul.co.in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@culturesoul.co.in and send your item to: CULTURESOUL, Dipak P.       Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sales@culturesoul.co.in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
